Where fees have been paid in advance for one term only |

Where a request for refund is made after the commencement of first term a charge of Rs. 30,000 will be made in addition to a pro-rata for the number of calendar days into the term |

Where a request for refund is made after the completion of the first term but before the commencement of the second term, the sum of the following charges will be made : |

A sum of Rs. 30,000 |
| ii) |
A sum equal to the full fee for the first term |

Where a request for refund is made after the commencement of the second term, the sum of the following charges will be made: |

i) |
A sum of Rs. 30,000 |
| ii) |
A sum equal to the first term |
| iii) |
A pro rata charge for the number of calendar days into the second term. |
| 3. |
Last day of school will be the date as mentioned in written notice given by the parent or the notice date if no intimation is received earlier to the notice. |

The pro rata charge will be calculated as follows :
Tuition fee for the term divided by number of instructional days in that term multiplied by the number of calendar days till the date of notice in the term. |

For KG, the fixed charge would be Rs. 15000 in place of Rs. 30,000. |
| 6. |
If the letter of notice is received by school prior to receipt of fees, the fees due will be adjusted in the refundable deposit. |
