Most of Trio World School's students enter the school at age two and a half. Virtually all student candidates go through a pre-assessment. The assessment consists of an age appropriate interview, a verbal reasoning test and if age applicable a report from the current school.
Those offered conditional places must then pass the qualifying examination for that year group or do at least reasonably well with special exceptions.
We are usually able to offer places to most candidates however if places are not available students will be placed on a waiting list.
Introductory tours can be arranged through the Admissions Office and more information can be found on this website under Future Student Visits.
After an interview with the Headmaster a contract is then signed with the school, and an entry is paid to secure the place.
A small number of students may enter TWS by winning a Scholarship however all scholarships at the school are highly competitive.
All students are placed in one of our four school team houses (Shakespeare, Masefield, Kipling & Wordsworth) when they are fully enrolled in the school and following the awarding of a place.
The entry system is managed by the Head of Admissions on the Headmaster's behalf. The Headmaster reserves the right to refuse to admit any student.
It is essential that parents keep the Admissions Office up to date with any change of contact information, health or welfare issues, guardianship or other important changes.
The Admission Application form can be downloaded from our website or during a visit to the school, three current photographs are needed to register.
